The details

Straight answers

What does a contract cost?

Every property is different, so we price after a short site visit: number of bathrooms and kitchens, water heaters, pumps and tanks, electrical panels, and the size of the facility. You get one fixed annual price with no surprises.

Are spare parts included?

Labour on covered repair callouts is included. Spare parts and replacement equipment are quoted separately before any work, always with your contract discount applied.

Do I get emergency service without a contract?

Without a contract we handle service calls during business hours. The 24/7 emergency line and priority scheduling are reserved for annual contract clients.

What is not covered?

Major renovations, full replacements of equipment at end of life, and damage caused by third parties or building-wide utility failures are outside the contract. When they come up, we quote them separately with your contract discount.

Can the contract be adapted to my property?

Yes. Visit frequency and covered systems are set during the site visit, so a small apartment and a busy restaurant do not pay for the same thing.
